The
Process...
Several times a week we walk the western shore of the Chesapeake
Bay in Maryland and search for 'treasures' that have washed up on
the beach. Some days we find many pieces of glass and other days
we come home empty handed. But the search for the glass is fun and
great exercise... and we're helping with beach cleanup!
Next, the glass gets a good cleaning and inspection. Now the challenge... figuring out what jewelry piece to make from
the beach glass... so many sizes... so many shapes...
From pendants to hair clips each finished piece is truly
a one of a kind. |
